Nothing Like Waiting 'Til The Last Minute #TheUltimateValentinesDayIdeas

What makes you feel beautiful?
For me, it's always mon chéri!
February in New York is full of fun and excitement. First, we have New York Fashion Week, followed by Valentine's Day (tomorrow!) And next week is the New York Restaurant Week! Speaking of which, are you all ready for St. Valentine's Day? Did you have your flowers and gifts ready for that special someone? If not, I have some last minute ideas for you : )

Flower, in general, is never a good investment because they don't last long, and the price will be sky rocket high around Valentine's Day. However, The New York Museum of Modern Art (MoMA) has a solution for you. The following items can be found at the MoMA Design Store in SoHo.

If you live outside of NYC, it might be a little too late to order online, but hey, it's better late than never right?

The MoMA Design Store

81 Spring St
New York, NY

Hours: Mon to Sat 10am - 8pm
Sun 11am - 7pm

They have other interesting gift ideas too:

...Such as this mini projector that is little bigger than a quarter!

What about the porcelain "plastic-cups"...?

Planning to break up with that special someone on this special day?
No problem! MoMA has got you covered! Lol (Seriously MoMA??)

You can also go to the Disney store in Times Square (I know there are a lot of tourists, but if you head there early, it shouldn't be as bad) and get some of these....

Palm size stuffed toys...

...and they are everywhere...

For dinner, you might think it's a little too late for reservation, but not so fast! This place in Long Island City might still have tables on Saturday! This restaurant offers a great view of the Manhattan skyline. Because of its location, this place shouldn't be too busy even on the weekend (but do call ahead of time to confirm with them). Not so bad for a romantic date with your special someone and to catch the sunset together.

After dinner, you can consider going to this ice cream parlour near St. Mark's. It's a cute little place that offers quality ice cream. (Earl grey is my favourite!)

Or stop by this cafe in SoHo, they have awfully good chocolate cookies!  : )
